What Is Keto Kata?

Keto Kata is strategy to help you transform into a new you, taking one step and then another. Each step is a Kata, a form, incorporating teaching, tactics and encouragement.

  1. White Belt - Understand what keto is, how it works and why it might be better than other options for you.
  2. Yellow Belt - Prepare your environment and yourself for keto. I'll show you the apps and devices that provide critical dashboard information to keep you on point. And we will review the eating choices that drive Keto Kata Transformation.
  3. Green Belt - Start! Execute the keto eating protocol and work your way through the super critical process of adaptation using specific strategies. (this is probably the most important step)
  4. Blue Belt - Implement new techniques that accelerate fat loss and help you stay with the program as an ongoing, persistent lifestyle. In this belt you will establish escape velocity from old habits and never look back.
  5. Brown Belt - Implement the next set of techniques to help you gain lean muscle mass and shape your body as you lose weight.
  6. Red Belt - Prepare for your Personal Challenge. The challenge is one you will define but it will be something you have not done. Preparation for the challenge changes your training and takes you to a new level.
  7. Black Belt - Upon completing the challenge you earn your Keto Kata Black Belt and it's now time for you to find and mentor people who are further back on their weight loss journey.

Each Kata builds on the principals of the previous one. So you won't get overwhelmed with conflicting advice or suggestions that your body is not ready to support. One reason people fail on keto is doing something good, but at the wrong time. Keto Kata has all of that sorted out into the proper sequence.

By experiencing hits and misses, I've been able to discover the exact sequence of steps that build on each other and lead to success. The program provides guidance but is flexible to accommodate the rich variety that encompasses who we are.
